Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing, shipping, and delivery times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, please reach out to us via email so we can work to resolve the issue.

Shipping Timeframes

Standard Shipping

After processing, standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days for delivery. Express shipping typically takes 2–5 business days for delivery.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Delays

Premier Luxury Fashion is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Delivery dates are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Premier Luxury Fashion is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Premier Luxury Fashion is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

Customers are encouraged to ensure that deliveries can be received safely and securely.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify us so we can assist where possible.

Order Availability

In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to inventory availability, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
