Refund & Return Policy

At Premier Luxury Fashion, all sales are considered final. Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

No Returns

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, store credit, or replacement.

No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Personal preference
Buyer's remorse
Shipping delays outside of our control
Refusal of delivery
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Order Availability Exception

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after a purchase has been completed, Premier Luxury Fashion reserves the right to cancel the affected order.

If we are unable to fulfill an order due to inventory unavailability, the customer will receive a full refund to their original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled upon customer request once they have been submitted.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

Suspected fraud
Pricing errors
Product availability issues
Violations of our Terms of Service

If we cancel an order before shipment, a full refund will be issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs and order information.

Any resolution provided will be determined at our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Premier Luxury Fashion before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we may attempt to resolve any concerns.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested with supporting evidence, including order confirmations, tracking information, delivery records, and customer communications.
